Who is responsible
This policy covers this game directory. External game providers and linked websites have their own notices. Contact details are shown on the contact page. Use those details for privacy requests.
Browsing and searching
This version has no registration form, user accounts, payment collection, first-party analytics tags or first-party tracking cookies. Search downloads the public game catalogue and matches your query in your browser; it does not send your search text to a search service. Requests to the hosting service may expose your IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time to that service. Hosting log retention is not configured in this source package and must be confirmed by the operator.
Loading an external game
A game is not loaded until you select “Load external game”. Loading it connects to the host named on its listing. That provider and services it uses may receive your IP address, device information and activity, use cookies or local storage, and show their own advertising. The load button is a request to open external content; it is not a certified advertising consent mechanism. Review the provider’s notices. We cannot inspect or change storage or advertising inside a cross-origin game.
Google advertising
This site includes Google Ad Manager advertising on the home page, game collection pages and game detail pages. External games may also serve their own ads independently. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising based on this site and other sites.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites and consult industry opt-out choices. These settings do not necessarily stop all advertising or data processing.
Consent and choices
Where consent is required, advertising must remain off until the configured consent platform establishes the permitted state. Before serving Google ads to visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the operator must configure a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF. A generic cookie banner or the external-game load button does not replace that platform. Use the privacy choices control below to open the configured consent platform when available.
You may block or delete cookies using your browser settings, although external game features may be affected. Advertising privacy settings and applicable privacy signals depend on the configured advertising and consent services. Local privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law and the data actually held. Consult the contact page for contact details.
Children
This directory is not presented as a service specifically directed to children. A game listing does not establish an age rating. Parents and guardians should review external games before allowing children to use them. Child-directed treatment, age-appropriate content and advertising settings must be assessed before any advertising is enabled; personalized advertising must not be targeted to children contrary to Google policy or applicable law.
Sharing, retention and transfers
The source code does not contain a customer database or sell personal records. Hosting services, game providers and any enabled advertising partners process the information needed for their services under their own terms and retention periods; processing may take place in other countries. We do not claim a retention period or security certification that has not been verified. Emails you send are processed by the published contact provider.
Changes
This policy must be updated when the operator, hosting arrangements, data practices, advertising partners or consent tools change. The date above identifies this text’s latest revision.
